Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Regional Film Commission
By means of its eight production support offices located throughout the region, the Commission promotes regional shooting locations and locally-based industry professionals to national and international producers wishing to shoot films in the region. The Commission participates in professional events connected with the international, national and regional cinema and audiovisual industries (Cannes, Saint-Tropez and Clermont-Ferrand Festivals).
The Commission provides follow-up on films supported by the Region and produces an annual report summarising local film productions, related financial returns and jobs created. Its ‘Production Guide’ is a practical resource for any producer wishing to shoot a film, TV series, advert or other audiovisual production in the region. The Commission has developed a database which is continually updated with information on locations, film crew CVs, production companies, financial support, shooting permits, etc.
Belle de Mai National Multimedia Incubator
Belle de Mai National Multimedia Incubator is an organization dedicated to assisting entrepreneurs with an innovative project in the field of multimedia. With the authorization of the Ministry of Research and National Education the Incubator contributes to the position of France and Europe in the knowledge economy. Its actions also aim at stimulating the transfer of the results of public research institutions to new products and services and to encourage the creation and the development of innovative SMEs in the educational and cultural sectors.
Established in Marseille at the Belle de Mai Media Park, the Incubator is the only one of its kind in France because it is specialized in the field of educational and cultural multimedia and receives projects from all over the country.

Marseille Innovation
Marseille Innovation is specialized in assisting entrepreneurs to set up high-tech companies. These companies are mainly start-ups which are in the process of incorporation or have recently been set up. The organization offers them suitable office space within one of its Pépinières (“Greenhouse for companies”) as well as customized assistance.
Marseille Innovation’s accumulated experience in assisting high-tech start-ups together with the Belle de Mai Media Park’s creative and dynamic environment have developed an ongoing synergy, which is best represented by the Pépinière of Marseille Innovation in the Belle de Mai Media Park. The Pépinière opens its doors to start-ups in the fields of digital content, television and the arts, and culture. Marseille Innovation also runs a business center at the Media Park with a flexible offer for office space: from 20 to 120 m for 1 to 6 months, 1 year or more.
Bureau du Cinéma de la ville de Marseille
The Bureau du Cinéma is a service bureau created by the City of Marseille for producers who want to film in Marseille. It also helps stimulate and develop the cinema and audiovisual activities in the city. The Bureau informs professionals from the cinema and audiovisual sectors and assists them with their project whether it is a major movie, a short film, music video, commercial, documentary, TV production or photo shoot.
The bureau offers:

- - Connections with local resources (technicians, services, facilities, etc.)
- - Assistance in applying for shooting permits.
